I like this shot of him with you down on the ground with him. Very cool shot!
Rory Ingle: Thanks Mary, a bit too close for comfort .

niiice! i like the perspective, and the different shapes. like, the round-ish plants and the fluffiness of the thing. and the colours.
Rory Ingle: Yes it's almost as if if you could pat it, but hmm no thanks.

A fat one at that smile
Rory Ingle: Would make a nice meal for a bird, except the birds wont touch it.
Hey Rory,

I did the exact same thing, we were up in Shelley Point on the West Coast and these guys were everwhere. And on our way to Namibia they were all over the road , it was tricky avoiding them. Great shot , you must have a nice macro lense.
Rory Ingle: Oh yes they were out in numbers alright, actually I shot this one with my PS in macro mode, just shows you don't need a dslr.
Fantastic image Rory !!!!
Rory Ingle: thanks Jim, macro can be quite fun ;-)
Is this caterpillar dead?
Rory Ingle: No, very much alive, plenty of them around too.
Hey Rory,
this looks like a scene from one of those kiddies programs we used to see on TV, really wonderful macro shot smile
Rory Ingle: Thanks Neil, yes I know what you mean, I actually wonder what sort of butterfly it will become.
Bonita imagen, un buen macro. Saludos!!
Rory Ingle: Thanks Dude, greetings to you too smile
